At ViewerWorks, we offer a 7-day refund policy for all eligible orders. Here's how it works.

When You're Eligible for a Refund

  • Full refund: Service was not delivered, or delivery did not start within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • Partial refund: Service was partially delivered. We refund the undelivered portion on a pro-rata basis.
  • Service issues: Significant quality problems or service interruptions caused by our system.

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • The service was successfully and fully delivered as described.
  • The channel link or username you provided was incorrect (we still attempt delivery).
  • The platform you stream on (Twitch, Kick, etc.) had an outage that prevented delivery on their end.
  • You changed your mind after the service was delivered.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number
  • The email address you used to place the order
  • A brief description of the issue

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. Bank/card processing times may add 3-5 additional days depending on your provider.
