Order Agreement
This page explains how orders work on ViewerWorks. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Placing an Order
To place an order, you select a service from our catalog, provide your channel link or username, and complete payment through our secure checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation by email.
2. Order Processing
After payment confirmation, your order enters our delivery queue. Most services begin within minutes, though processing time varies by service type:
- Live Viewer Bots: Activate within 1-5 minutes
- Followers: Begin delivery within 5-15 minutes
- Video & Clip Views: Start within 10-30 minutes
- AI Chatbot: Active within 5 minutes
3. Service Delivery
Services are delivered to the channel/profile link you provided. You can track delivery progress in your account dashboard. Once a service starts, you'll see real-time updates on the order page.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your order before delivery starts for a full refund. Once delivery has begun, partial refunds may be offered for the undelivered portion. Submit cancellation requests to [email protected] with your order number.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order doesn't deliver as expected within the estimated timeframe, contact our support team. We'll investigate and either complete delivery or process a refund according to our refund policy.
6. What We Need from You
For successful delivery, ensure:
- The channel/profile link you provided is public and accessible.
- You're online (for live viewer services) when starting your stream.
- Your stream meets the platform's basic guidelines.
We don't ask for your password, login credentials, or any sensitive account information.
7. Payment
Payments are processed instantly through Stripe or Iyzipay (selected at checkout). All transactions use industry-standard encryption. We don't store your full card details on our servers.
8. Receipt & Records
You'll receive an email receipt for every order. You can also view your order history in your account dashboard.
